It turns out the reason my stove range isn’t working is because the @&^%$# gas company shut off my supply by accident

They were my first call yesterday and they swore they didn’t touch my service. I had to pay $75 for a tech from an appliance service company to show today to be told that there was no gas and that’s why my stove wasn’t working. GRR!!

So now they are going to turn it back on tomorrow, but I have to be at home from 8am to 4pm to wait for them. They had no trouble shutting it off but I have to sacrifice my whole day now to get it back on. And it wasn’t even my fault….Not a happy camper, but was able to make do with a microwave and pre-grilled chicken for all meals today!!
8am:
½ cup oats mixed with:

3 oz salmon seasoned with paprika and crushed red pepper
½ cup brown rice with baby portabella mushrooms
6pm:
Strawberry-Spinach salad with chicken
- Spinach & cucumber slices
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- 15 crushed almonds
- 2 oz grilled chicken
- 1 tbsp Fage greek yogurt, 2/3 tbsp Dijon mustard and 1.5 tbsp vegetable broth mixed as dressing
