Actually, the lite tofu I buy here is pre-packaged and pre-cooked already. I just get the silky soft textured kind that is meant for desserts and shakes. Do you have access to that? I would imagine any pre-packaged or boiled/steamed tofu can be put through the blender with strawberries to get a similar effect.

Thank you!
So easy to cook! I'll try it today!

I hope you enjoyed your trip!

I did....and I had enough :martini: for the all the ladies on here. . I've eaten everything I wanted and am totally partied out  :velvett:
I'm actually happy to be back home and get back on track.

One realization I came to is I need to develop good in-between eating habits. I know how to eat clean and I know how to eat free-for-all cheat meals, but I don't know how to go to a restaurant and order a decent sized portion meal.
That is something I need to work on.

Hope back on the plan girl!! have a great day!
Thanks, Gymgurl! :rose: I definitely plan to hop right back on plan. My brother who I haven't seen in a year told me I've become tiny and my family has never been one to dole out compliments unless they are true...so that's my motivation now to keep chuggin' on this path.

Have a great day too, Gym Gurl!

That is awesome! My family is the same way, so you really take compliments to heart. At least you know you've been doing a good job!

GREAT realization, too. Not easy...but you can definitely get the job done.
