Back to the world of logging….I’m gearing back slowly into clean eating and will get back into working out too :D

I may have to re-evaluate my goals, but for now, I just want to get back into the swing of life as I knew it before I got sick.

Wed, Apr 12th

Scale weight: 118.5lbs

8:25am:
½ cup oats
1 cup liquid egg whites
1 tbsp ANPB

11:30am:
1 turkey burger patty
steamed broccoli

1:30pm:
~2 oz diced grilled chicken in half whole wheat tortilla with grilled veggies (eggplant, mushrooms, onions, spinach)

4:30pm:
~2 oz diced grilled chicken in half whole wheat tortilla with grilled veggies (eggplant, mushrooms, onions, spinach)

8:30pm:
~3 to 4 oz seared ahi tuna
steamed broccoli

Totals: Can’t calculate because the cafeteria at work couldn’t give me the macros on the whole wheat tortilla but I did make them swear up and down that it was really “whole wheat” :) They said they would try to get me the nutritional info and ingredient list.

But I can say it feels good to split up my meals and eat well again. :verygood:

9am:
Protein shake
(1 scoop ON whey, 1/2 tbsp instant coffee powder, 1 tbsp ANPB mixed with water)

11:45am:
3 oz grilled chicken
spinach, broccoli, mushrooms and hot peppers
1/2 whole wheat wrap

2:30pm:
3 oz grilled chicken
spinach, broccoli, mushrooms and hot peppers
1/2 whole wheat wrap

4:30pm:
1 turkey burger patty
steamed broccoli

7pm:
1 cup cooked soy pasta
1/3 cup organic TJ's pasta sauce

9:10pm:
1 cup Silk Vanilla soy milk
1 tbsp almond butter

Totals: ~1410 cals (101g carbs, 145g protein, 38g fat)
Macros: 30c/45p/25f

Hey Rooney!

As far as Whole Foods. They do have Ezekiel wraps. They will be in the refridgerated bread section...should be close to the frozen foods. There will be jerk spice in the spice section. You may also be able to find a paste, but they sometimes have sugar in them. If you can find one without sugar, definitely go for it.

What else did you have in mind as far as what you wanted to cook? Let me know and I can tell what's really good there.
