@RoidRage69 nice on the barbell shrugs. also reverse hypers. You don't see too many doing those.

sust, deca are great for mass and strength. on deca you will probably need to raise cals. it increases appetite like crazy for me! @RoidRage69

@RoidRage69 i’d say with the dosages of gear and the added 500 cal will definitely help start putting the weight back on man. You’ll be packing on muscle soon.

Its a good thing my wife made chocolate chip walnut cookies yesterday. I ate a dozen when I got up in middle of the night with some leftover ham lunch meat. LOL. That should help pack on the cals.

Treadmill 20min

Incline Bench was easier this week with more weight than last week. Thats a good sign. Weight holding steady. No worries. As long as I am getting stronger each week I suppose I can handle a good recomp if I cant gain weight. Its actually the best of both worlds IMO since I am a powerlifter and have to make weight classes. I wont have to diet down as far. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!
