Treadmill 35min

Just went ultra easy today and give body a break again. Cycle is over so no reason to damage anything since no growth is going to happen for a while anyway. Tomorrow is Chest/Tris so will most likely hit it harder tomorrow but will stay much lighter with higher reps in the 15 range. Diet is going back to maintenance for now and maybe slightly below on most days. Need to tighten up and get healthy now. Less carbs and less meals as well. Hoping to stay in the 2000-2200 cal per day range.

Current PED usage
Test E 125mg 2X per week
HGH 3IU 5/2
Aromasin 10mg 2X per week
Proviron 25mg/day stopping end of week
20mg Cialis on training day, 10mg on non training day

@RoidRage69 better for you also to cut the weight down to 250

True but you wont keep any new muscle if you go lighter than what grew it. Have a few days easy but get to 80% of where you was right after
 
nice leg workout I like the calf raises gotta work those calves
