Woke up and took my daily supplements

-40mg telmisartan

-10mg cialis

-60mcg clen

-4,000mg vitamin c

-200mg magnesium

-1g taurine

-half a serving of heart+

-half a serving of liver+

-half a serving of kidney+



6:30pm

Took my daily shots

100mg test cyp

100mg primo e

30mg mast e

500mg L carnatine



6:45pm

Did my fasted cardio for 40 minutes



7:30pm

Meal 1

1 egg

250g egg whites

100g mixed vegetables

100g blueberries

P-36 C-18 F-6



8:00pm

Headed to work for my long shift



9:15pm

Settled in on the tug boat I’ll be trapped on for hours with all my meals and everything I need to stay on track.



10:15pm

Meal 2

50g cream of rice

40g whey drip

100g banana

5g 85% dark chocolate

Woke up from nap

Arrived at location and ate half of meal 4 before I had to get back to work

Long shifts SUCK and I would be getting ready to smash back day right now but after all this shit going wrong not sure if I’ll even have time to train

150g 96/4 ground beef

200g sweet potato

This shit sucks. I want to train back so badly but this shitty weather and shift is putting a damper on everything

Almost time to go home one more hour and then sleeeeeeeeeeeep



5:30pm

Finished up the day finally and was starving so I had a slice of pizza! 20 hour shift completed now to go home and sleep.



7:00pm

Bed time supplements

Not the day I wanted but the day I had. Now time to rest and recover from my not so optimal day and get ready to smash back tomorrow. Also jay cutler went to my gym today and I missed that bc I was at work so that BLOWS
