rev, when you are doing those heavy rack deads, please look at the camera and smile. you need to spice it up. maybe have a shirt made up that says 'no straps'. huge erectors will only get you so far.

Rev. . are there basketball courts located 20 feet from the power rack?

Yes louden. There is also an abmachine located exactly 3 inches from the end of the barbell to the left of the powerrack, and a leg extension machine located to the right of it. Furthermore it is impossible to get out of powerrack without someone bumping into you. Behind me is a machine does girls use to work their ass..... so you can imagine the kind of estrogen environment I am in. I also don't think that barbell saw so many plates in a very long time.

I had a ball hit me on the head during squats, guy didnt even apologize. I pay 10 bux a month for it, I guess you get what oyu pay for
