Squats - slightly below parallel
135 x 8

315 x 2

Speed Deadlifts

Sumo: 225 x 3 x 3, 315 x 3
Conventional (narrow stance): 225 x 3 x 3

Hamstring Curl: 3 x 10
Calves: 3 x 20
 
how did the 315's feel? lots of pressure? :D

Today when I did my squat workout when I was done I did some front squats and let out a loud fart, thank god there was only like 5 people in the gym, I said as one of the PT's walked by, while this happened, "lots of pressure!" couple people laughed after ..hehe

btw ... good job man, keep progessing, thats the joy of it all :)
 
good work...... the speed deads look impressive.

It took me a couple of weeks for sumo style to feel "right". The benefit I noticed was feel of pushing the floor apart with my feet. It helped me to get the squat a great deal.
