Thanks bro. Squats felt very awkward. I couldn't explode off the box, its like I coudln't find what muscles to use in order to elevate my self. I tried to shift all the focus on my hips and lower back, and once I was about 12 inches off the box, then it was pretty easy to finish with the hamstrings and the legs.. but it felt very akward getting up from it. When I sat straight down on the box before, it was no brainer, just push up with the quads.... but this was different
