Thanks bro. Squats felt very awkward. I couldn't explode off the box, its like I coudln't find what muscles to use in order to elevate my self. I tried to shift all the focus on my hips and lower back, and once I was about 12 inches off the box, then it was pretty easy to finish with the hamstrings and the legs.. but it felt very akward getting up from it. When I sat straight down on the box before, it was no brainer, just push up with the quads.... but this was different
 
well it sounds like you are finally getting the idea, if you were having trouble recruiting quads then you were doing the box squat right....lol

the first step is to get the motion to become more natural and then you will feel more safe and comfortable, then your brain will get your hams and glutes recruited.....then you will be squatting a ton of weight.

Thick Bar Powercleans: 135 x 5 sets x 4 reps
Neutral Grip Chins: Bw x 5 sets x 5 reps
Plate Raises: 45 x 3 sets x 10 reps
Hammer Curls: 40 x 3 sets x 10,8,7 to failure

Saturday June 14

Power Shrugs: 365 x 3 sets x 10 reps

Rack Deadlift: 365 x 5, 425 x 3 sets x 6 reps!!!

Chin-up: +25 x 3 sets x 5 reps

Plate Raises: 45 x 3 sets x 8 reps

Biceps and Rotator cuff: Incline hammer curls, incline curls, external + internal rotations
 
Monday June 9 - Heavy Upper Body
Bench Press: 135 x 8, 185 x 5, 225 x 2, 245 x 2 x 2!!!, 225 x 4
Rack Lockouts (4-6 inches): 225 x 5, 245 x 5, 275 x 3, 295 x 4, 315 x 1!!!
JM Press: 135 x 8, 6
Side Raises SS with Front Raises:25 x 10 ss 25 x 5
Plate Raises: 45 x 2 x 10

Monday June 16 - Heavy bench

Rack Lockouts
225 x 10
245 x 4
275 x 1, failed on 2nd rep
275 x 2, failed on 3rd rep
275 x 0, triceps were dead
Put 315 on bar, a little psyching up
315 x 3!!!

Light Pushpress
135 x 5, 155 x 5 x 2

Tried to do lockouts from 4 inch off the chest, but too exhausted
