IronLion: Bumper plates, not in a million years in my stupid gym. It's very hard to do stiff arm pulls because once I shrug the weight up, it pulls my whole body down and that's very hard on my back. I just did it because I didn't know what else I could substitute for it... maybe some power shrugs?
