it looks like you have the bar in front of your heels, try and keep the bar over the heels.

if you look at my clip you can see the bar lines up with my heels, the centre of garvity of my body.


also your shins and back should be the same angle
 
Tuesday - June 10

Snatch Grip Pulls: 135 x 8, 225 x 6, 225 x 4 .. very tough

Snatch Grip Partial Deadlift [Knee height]: 225 x 6, 315 x 6, 405 x 3, 495 x 1!!! .. almost tore my arms out of my sockets

Snatch Grip Partial Deadlift [Below knee]: 315 x 6

Super Wide Grip Pullups: bw x 5 x 5

Pulldown Dropset: 200 x 5 --> 150 x 5 --> 100 x 10

Rear Delt Flies: 15 x 2 sets x 15 reps

Face UPlls: 60 x 4 sets x 12 reps

Biceps: Too tired
 
IronLion: Bumper plates, not in a million years in my stupid gym. It's very hard to do stiff arm pulls because once I shrug the weight up, it pulls my whole body down and that's very hard on my back. I just did it because I didn't know what else I could substitute for it... maybe some power shrugs?

CoolCol, it wasn't a lot of volume really, just 5 working sets if u count it.. 315 felt like 135
