The clean gripped ones are managable, but with snatch grip its like im swinging 225 back and forth.. I mean its pretty heavy weight to do that to ur lower back
 
Yea you're probably right, but you power cleaned 225, not fair comparison
 
I have done them with 225lbs, maybe your form is off.

ANyway not many people do snatch pulls anyway, it's usually done with a cleangrip
 
If you don't have bumper plates then cut them they are meant to be explosive and I don't want you trying to worry about putting the weight down.

Stay with the snatch grip but go to power shrugs in the rack

So for your workout today you could have gone:

Snatch grip Deadlift w/u 3x6
Snatch grip Power Shrugs 4x6

Dimmel Deads 3x6
Rack pulls 3x6

then pick up with the pull ups and so forth

OverHead Squat: bw x 2 sets x 10 reps
Box Squat: 135 x 10, 225 x 3 sets x 5 reps
Front Squat: 135 x 10, 155 x 8, 185 x 5
Romanian Deadlift: 135 x 10, 185 x 2 sets x 8 reps
Decline Abs: bw x 10, +25 x 3 sets x 8 reps
Leg Curl: 150 x 2 sets x 10 reps

Box Squat: 135 x 6 x 2, 185 x 5, 245 x 3 sets x 5 reps

- each rep was very slow, I had to fight it and almost failed on last rep of last set. Form was good though, knees almost never moved

Front Squats: 225 x 5, 225 x 4.. dumped on safety pins

Romanian Deadlift: 135 x 10, 205 x 2 sets x 8 reps

Decline Abs: + 25 x 4 sets x 15 reps

Leg Curl: 165 x 5, 150 x neck cramped

No videos today because it was crowded, and hot girls were doing abs 2 inches away from my barbell as I was doing squats :(
 
I took out my video camera and almost wanted to do it, but some fat idiot decided to park himself right at the spot where I wanted to put it..... they were hot though... I wonder what they were doing in gym on friday night
 
How did the squats feel?

awkward probably, but you should feel them a lot more in the hamstrings if you got the form right....nice work on the front squats, in fact nice work showing up and pushing weight on a friday with no partner...that kind of uncommon dedication will yield uncommon results
