Ok I missed light bench day, so decided to make it up today

135 x 8 sets x 3 reps (different grips), 225 x 2
Speed Incline PRess
115 x 3 sets x 3 reps
Push Press
135 x 6
155 x 4
195 x 3!!! (previous PR 185 x 4)
Speed sets: 135 x 2 x 3 reps
4" Rack lockouts off chest
225 x 2 sets x 6 reps
Thick Dumbell Holds
125's x 2 setss x ~40 seconds
