Pull Over Question

Anyway, I do my pullovers lying across a bench rather than along it. My head and shoulders are off of the bench and my hips are kept as low as possible. It allows for a full arch of the spine, and lets the shoulders flex freely. This feels so much better than doing the pullovers with the body held relatively straight.
