I am getting soooo close to puking during leg day. I generally try to eat REALLY light like 2 hours before the gym on those nights but am getting a little paranoid that as I keep piling on the plates, its gonna happen. I'm pretty good about stopping before it gets too much (i hit the clammy/cold sweat point), but I was cranking on such a kickass set last night that I +just+ about crossed the line.

Any advice?:sick:
 
what makes you paranoid..the weights you're piling on or the thought of you gettin sick?
do you always get sick on legs?

Squats make me nautious sometimes too. Having a little water in my stomach seems to help me. Not too much though. Also breathing correctly during the exercise helps me a LOT.
 
If its a good leg workout...you will almost always feel like you are going to puke...Legs are killer....get used to it:)
