Protein Factory help..

Hello,

I have decided that I am going to order some protein from Protein Factory and I want to know exactly how to measure it without a scoop. It says 1 scoop is 25g (on the site). Exactly how much is 25g and how much water do I add?

Also, is the banana any good? I cant decide over banana with splenda or vinilla with splenda..

25g is close to 1/3 of a cup. bannana is gross in my opinion I get there vanilla tastes ok I guess. and I mix it with about 3/4 cup of water I dont measure it though just dump some water in till it feels like the right weight. you'll be happy with P. factory, there good people.

Ahhh! You tell me now? I ordered banana with splenda. It hope it doesnt taste gross. Have you tried it?

I've only tried Vanilla and Choclate both with Splenda.
I did not really like the vanilla, but I like the choclate.

Now if it only tasted like vanilla Grow, oh well....
Because that is my favorite tasting MRP.
