Maybe he is talking about his picture in the avitar.

You're looking a little yellow, bro - maybe eat some more cabbage.

Also.... LOOK OUT BEHIND YOU!!!

So your 16 huh? Ok here's my advice...read and learn, train with basic exercises low rep range, eat every meal like it's your last, sleep and then hopefully if your doing everything with some focus and determination you will grow. Whatever you do stay away from juice right now!!!! Youv'e got enough natural test in your body as is, don't fuck it up!!! Understand that this is a long process have specific goals in mind and keep a journal. Also stick around here there are some top notch guys here with good advice. And as Casey Kasam said "keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars"...that's funny...cuz you don't know who he is, oh shit, I'm old.

If you are 16 you look a hell of alot better than I did at that age. You are not a fat ass! You have alittle around your belly but that is natural at your age...you are probably getting ready to grow. I started lifting after school when I was your age. I was 5'7" and weighed 110lbs.I was a late bloomer and was tired of getting my ass kicked up and down the football field. That all soon changed! At that age I wasn't able to put on much weight because I didn't understand proper nutrition but I was able to gain good strength and it the stage for good training habits that have carried into my adult life. The best advice I can give you is to remember that consistency is the key. If you want to be good at anything you must do it regularly. So many people I know ask me how I stay in such good shape all the time. It is because I don't miss many workouts. I don't eat like shit very often. In the last 4 years I may have missed 10 workouts. This adds up and seperates those who will never achieve their goals, and those who continue to reach their goals and set higher ones. The goals I had when I was 16 was to be able to bench press 50 lbs over my body weight. To be able to do at least my age in pullups. And to run 3 miles in under 18 minutes. Set your own goals and start working towards them. You will feel better about yourself, you will learn alot about who you are, and you will definitely set the stage for more achievements in the many years to come. Good Luck!
