Ok here's my advice...read and learn, train with basic exercises low rep range, eat every meal like it's your last, sleep and then hopefully if your doing everything with some focus and determination you will grow. Whatever you do stay away from juice right now!!!! Youv'e got enough natural test in your body as is, don't fuck it up!!! Understand that this is a long process have specific goals in mind and keep a journal. Also stick around here there are some top notch guys here with good advice.
