Progress pics - 7 weeks of WSB

Not looking to be a bodybuilder. If I was, then I'd be using a bodybuilder routine. I could care less about having a six pack and beach muscles.

I'm training for strength. I want to be strong. Period.

I also realize that my body fat % is too high. So, I'm working on that. Notice that I didn't say that I'm trying to loose weight. I could also care less what I weigh. I just want to drop some body fat.

Eventually, I'd like to be as big as possible at around 15% body fat. If that means that I'm 350lbs, then so be it, as long as I'm strong.

Oh and someone asked how much weight that I've gained. That makes me feel good because I haven't gained any.

I'm still right at 260 which is what I was when I started training. And if I looked like I've gain weight, then that means that I'm getting bigger without putting on fat. Hopefully, I'm actually losing some fat.

your whole reply was totally contradictive. you do care about looks but then you dont whatever. every other line contradicted the previous

Please explain how I was being contradictive. Because I don't see it.

Let me spell out my goals again. Maybe that will help.
I'm training to be a strength athelete. I want to be strong. I could care less about having abs or pretty biceps. One day I plan to compete in either Strongman or Powerlifting or both.

Now, at the same time, I recognize that my current level of body fat is a hindrance to those goals. Therefore, I want to reduce it.

yea...ignor the thread crappers. This training board has brought me alot of motivational support, but latley people have been really judgemental in negative ways. They know who they are.
 
i think you look good...........again......... i dont think your contradicting yourself............ but what do i know, im just a fat hasbeen wannabee that needs to hit the cardio and lay off the krispy kremes. i would take the advice of someone serious, someone with experence in fracturing the chicka's lumbar.
