So you run the eliptical, stair stepper, and whatever else for 45 minutes at a time? So one exercise per day? You do cardio consistantly through all training routines? I am thinking of adding cardio but I am not sure if I have the will power for something like that. I really enjoy that I am getting strong. It is making me feel good. I am breaking my personal record every week on squat right now and it feels really good. But if I could be as lean as you... it is something I might consider! I did post pictures on the first page for reference.
A strict diet will only only you not to store fat... the only way you're gonna burn it is through cardio... yes you may need to sacrifice a lil size and strength but I never cared to impress the guys at the gym only the people outta it![]()

Exactly so insteada bulking 20 lbs in one cycle then post cycling and then losing another 10 next cycle just gain 10 lean mass in one pct and do another 10 look good all year around instead
