I didn't always look like that this is a pic of me just over a year ago before I discovered this board and learned to cycle...
3 of the best things I learned on here:
1 - Keep them short + proper PCT (hit it hard and get out when gains stall and allow yourself a faster recovery)
2 - Lean bulkers+cutters only (don't waste time bulking then cutting)
3 - The 3 step process it takes to get shredded diet+sleep/supps+fatburners+gear/weights+cardio
After that maintenance is quite easy once you've reached your goal. I don't diet (I do eat semi clean though, like a burger without the mayo/cheese/bacon), I party (provided I have cardio the next day not weights) oh and I NEVER miss a day EVER... sick, on vacation... if there's any reason I can't lift I do cardio. I'm gonna run 3 short 4 weekers a year probably for the rest of my life for when I need to look in my prime (spring, summer, halloween lol) My fave lean bulk/cut orals BEASTDROL & MHN Injectables test prop/mast prop
