A strict diet will only only you not to store fat... the only way you're gonna burn it is through cardio... yes you may need to sacrifice a lil size and strength but I never cared to impress the guys at the gym only the people outta it ;)

So you run the eliptical, stair stepper, and whatever else for 45 minutes at a time? So one exercise per day? You do cardio consistantly through all training routines? I am thinking of adding cardio but I am not sure if I have the will power for something like that. I really enjoy that I am getting strong. It is making me feel good. I am breaking my personal record every week on squat right now and it feels really good. But if I could be as lean as you... it is something I might consider! I did post pictures on the first page for reference.

Also my workout routine is cardio high intensity super and trisets I work out all muscle groups back to back barely any break inbetween sets...

so: day 1 chest/back/abs - day 2 bis/tris/delts/traps - day 3 quads/hams/calves & cardio - day 4 cardio and REPEAT :)

I take 60 seconds between each set throughout the entire workout (for the most part). I thought you mentioned you did cardio 4 days a week?

Yes that is an average of 3-4 times a week if done 2 outta 4 days anyway... MOAR PICS! :heart:

your mass will come back don't worry. take the hospital stay as a good rest for your body to allow your ligaments and tendons to catch up.

Hey all .. u guys look shredded !! i m trying to Bulk now using a mad amount of food and BCAAs right now .. Been Natty for 5 weeks now and i still feel great .. only done a couple cycles of dbol only.. ive kept 80% of gains from that but i m going to just eat a shit load of eggs and oatmeal and fish and chicken as my cycle now lol

Current weight is 185 .. want to get to 200 ..
what would u say my body Fat is at ?? i think like 12 % or something

^^^ no you are not 12%.. i would pin you somewhere in the mid teens... 14-16%.. which is fine for a gym rat in the offseason, when you want to cut for a shoot you can spend a few weeks cutting down a few % and you will look great. you have some good mass for a guy your age. keep an eye on your bf% if it starts creeping up then you should up your cardio and cut out the cheat meals, don't let yourself go which a lot of young guys do in their early 20s

I agree. I would say around 14 to 15%. Look good though bro. Cut that down to 10% you will look great.

Thanks man !!Yeah right now all I do is play squash once a week for cardio but I love it lol.. I work out 4 times a week but all mass workouts right now .. I was thinking one more month of doing this bulk and hopefully il atleast reach 195 and then I'll cut to 185 an then lean bulk from there .. I used to weigh 135 soaking wet .. So I would rather be bulked up then skinny .. My biggest fear lol

yeah I was in the 129 weight class both my junior and senior years in high school. weightlifting.. my senior year i would weigh 132 and cut down before weigh in to make weight.

i think a lot of guys on here were skinny back then.. i know when i officiate high school football the guys look really skinny to me.. skinny arms and skinny chests. but at the time they looked big. its amazing how much our bodies change as we mature in our 20's.

you have a bright future ahead of you trust me. you are way ahead of the game, wish i had websites like this when i was your age.. i used to get outdated weightlifting books from the library and read those for information and the occasional magazine.

It may not seem great, but compared to where I was last year this time, going through a divorce, I'm a new man lol. 6'4" around 215lbs in this pic. On Beastdrol for a couple of days, so in 4 weeks I'll have to compare.

Yeah it's a daily job eating so much !! I can't wait until my metabolism slows the fk down so I don't need atleast 250g of carbs everyday to grow

I didn't always look like that this is a pic of me just over a year ago before I discovered this board and learned to cycle...

3 of the best things I learned on here:

1 - Keep them short + proper PCT (hit it hard and get out when gains stall and allow yourself a faster recovery)

2 - Lean bulkers+cutters only (don't waste time bulking then cutting)

3 - The 3 step process it takes to get shredded diet+sleep/supps+fatburners+gear/weights+cardio

After that maintenance is quite easy once you've reached your goal. I don't diet (I do eat semi clean though, like a burger without the mayo/cheese/bacon), I party (provided I have cardio the next day not weights) oh and I NEVER miss a day EVER... sick, on vacation... if there's any reason I can't lift I do cardio. I'm gonna run 3 short 4 weekers a year probably for the rest of my life for when I need to look in my prime (spring, summer, halloween lol) My fave lean bulk/cut orals BEASTDROL & MHN Injectables test prop/mast prop :p

Yea, no point in bulking hard. I kind of agree. All my bulking is clean bulking. If it takes longer, then it does. But weight gain will only come with clean calories.

You guys are huge in comparison but I think I make 145 look pretty good (sorry it's a little blurry). I was heavier and lost some weight but getting it back now with a var cycle (I have a thread on here I started with a couple questions, no replies yet though :(

I think he means he does not dirty bulk... He gains with as little fat accumulation as possible even if it means his weight gain is slower than the alternative.

:rose: Exactly so insteada bulking 20 lbs in one cycle then post cycling and then losing another 10 next cycle just gain 10 lean mass in one pct and do another 10 look good all year around instead

didn't actually realise that till I threw masteron in the mix :D eliminates test bloat better than anything ive ever tried. Veins are starting to pop out on my thigs and chest (im in contest prep 10weeks out of my first show)

the key to this is not tons of different gear but rather consistency and using gear with common sense and not more than you need! I've been training constantly for 12 years and after all kinds of aas cycles i realised test is all you really need. My mates tell me the same.
Tried trenbolone, got me depressed and insanely aggressive
tried equipoise and it got me fat due to uncontrollable night hunger pangs
tried winstrol and my knees almost went to hell
tried deca and my dick was half dead
tried anavar and didnt feel anything

I am currently using masteron along the test to eliminate the bloat but otherwise no effects so if it wouldnt be for the contest prep I would just skip it cuz imo its not worth my $$

I laugh sometimes when someone who has been training for 2 years comes up and asks about test,tren,mast,winny cycles and such crap. The only thing a begginner needs to grow is a high dose of test. The most documented, studied and tested and therefore imo the safest AAS to use, plus the cheapest, plus easiest to get, plus little side effects as most people feel great on test if proper AI is used of course.

got me from european white to dark tan in 2 weeks

but def wouldn't recommend it to someone whos bulking cuz the appetite suppressing effect is really profound and MUCH stronger than I'd imagined. I'm dieting and never EVER feel any kind of hunger sensation so I have to get 1/2 or more of my calories in liquid form

Tts great that you have figured out exactly what works for you and with the pictures to back up what you have said it obviously is providing some amazing results, I try to never mix any more than 2 compounds myself.
Since my shoulder blew out I have lost about 5-6kg so I'm trying to make steady gains without all the bload and nasty bulking cycles that alot of people get hooked on. kind of what CK was referring to earlier.

stopped training them a long time ago but they just stay as they are which is a big issue for me (not symetrical at all)

I believe this has to do with me training soccer and track in my teens. When I started bodybuilding, most of the weight I put on went on my legs. After a year when I decided to take it more seriously and a PT helped me so I didn't train legs for almost a year and everything kinda leveled up .. But they're still way too overdeveloped compared to my small arms

just starting my IGF-1 cycle today so lets see what will it do to my bi's :)

Dont get me started on calves.... If i had a dollar everytime i heard someone making a joke or was stopped in the gym and asked how i got my calves so big... Id be a pro... Gonna buy plat in a couple days and ill post... Nice quality i got from being a catcher for 20 years... knees are shakey tho... Hands down, best things for calves is deep squats and lunges!!!!

CK, what are your main lifts? You seem pretty balanced for 5'11 197lbs. Your arms and chest aren't ridiculously proportioned. And at that weight, I imagine you're pretty strong too.

I have never maxed out in my life I don't see the point I train mainly for the look so it's about 16 sets per body part 8-12 reps I train back to back so chest/back/abs... bis/tris/delts all super and triple setted high intensity
 
Yea I imagined you did something like that. But I am sure your first couple exercises are lifts that get stronger as you go. Just curious to know what kind of weight you throw around

I'm not even a week into the var and proviron and JESUS I have never been so lean hard and vascular in my life I may bulk the remainder of the cycle *note* was only on day 2 of anavar and proviron in the pic so it does no justice to how much better I look now can't wait to see the final result (sides headaches and a bloody nose yesterday so yeah high blood pressure) but strength is through the roof

IM A POWERLIFTER!

Pics taken in the morning ICE cold no pump...I'm 5'6 205 14% BF I'm about 2 weeks off a diet and put on 10+ pounds in that time with little fat; I'm up from 193, I went to texas roadhouse the night before so I'm def holding some water weight.

not going for looks right now still doing natural powerlifting, but I'll be running a cycle in july after my last contest I'm pretty sure. I'm going to compete in the 220 class and slowly bulk until july hopefully I'll hit a clean 210 by then. If I can stay between 13 and 15% BF I'm doing a hardcore bulk with all clean calories and i'll be doing cardio the whole way. If I get too fat I'm going to diet down again and then run the bulk.
 
This is first thing in the am, no pump or flexing. I'm currently 4 weeks in on a S4 and osta cycle. I weigh 205 and am 6'1". My goal is 215 with lower body fat. Anyone have any idea where my bf is now? I've never had it done.

Believe it or not....

Shoulder Hammer Press OR Shoulder Press Machine
2 sets warmups
4 working sets. Last set or 2 I go heavy, get 8 reps or so, then drop weight and keep going till failure.

Lateral dumbbell Raises
4 sets. Start very light, like 12 lbs dumbbells and do 30 reps. I don't really go heavier than 30's. I do lots of reps and go slowly and fight the negative resistance. Last set or 2 I will do drop sets and drop the weight, example 30lbs for 18 reps. Drop to 20lbs and do 15 reps. Drop to 12lbs and just rep out until arms give up.

Front dumbbell Raises
4 sets, not too heavy, 35lbs max. Will do drop sets similiar to lateral raises above for the last set or 2.

Rear dumbbell Raises
I lie on an incline bench seat, use a very light weight, and do reverse raises (like doing pec flies but the opposite movement). Got to use light weight, get full movement, let them burn.

THAT'S IT. No dumbbell presses, barbell presses, arnold presses. I do them on occassion but every bodybuilder I know has torn their shoulders in one way or another due to these exercises. I had a minor shoulder problem when I ran winny and stopped all freeweight shoulder presses. I now stick to the machines and seem to still be doing ok, as long as I keep repping and dropping weight I get hte muscles stimulated well.

Another thing I've recently been doing is GH site injections IM in the delts. I only do subq if I'm in a rush and lazy, otherwise its always IM straight into the delt. I beleive there is a bit of site growth from this. I think shooting AAS oil based also swells the muscle a bit and may fill it out slightly. I shoot Tren in there when running ED pinning cycles, I do tren with a slin pin and rotate delts and quads. When I do this, I make sure not to inject GH in the same day in the same delt as tren obviously.

Otherwise that's my delt plan lol. I still need to grow them. I have been slacking on the traps too since the GH has made my hands go numb. I just bought new wrist straps and will now be able to lift some heavy weight without my hands failing and the bar slipping.

Conan my shoulder workout is very similar to yours bro and seems to work well. Howver I don't have the GH helping. Lmao!

I agree with the site growth injections. I have done delts IM with GH and also noticed some growth quite quickly. After a few months of pinning them they were bigger than they had ever been.

OWL: good to hear someone else does the same stuff. I'd rather keep my shoulders growing steady and not have injuries than have basketball delts but blow them out within the year.

Cobra: yeah, it's pretty cool and not sure why this happens but it seems like it does really work.

kkk: thanks brother. Muscle memory and the right hormones ;). If you think I blew up, wait until you see victor martinez. He just got out of jail and weighs 60lbs less than when he went in. Watch how fast he gains those 60lbs back lol.

SD- Id say your probably around 20%.

Do you have any plans to get it checked during this cycle? I always wanted to do one of those hydrostatic weighing things, but I hear its kinda pricey. Haven't looked into it tho

$50 at this trendy health spa type place in my town, might do that
