Heres me 18month off training an gear,been to gym twice an started simple cycle as in 90 day transformation comp,will post pic of finish body

Lookin monstrous dude can't imagine how you will turn out after the comp!

This dude have a great body!! You look like you can talk the talk because you walk the walk! I wish I looked that good without a shirt. I'm 5,11 but weight about 220lbs. I will try to get down to 200lbs before summer.

I didn't always look like that this is a pic of me just over a year ago before I discovered this board and learned to cycle...

3 of the best things I learned on here:

1 - Keep them short + proper PCT (hit it hard and get out when gains stall and allow yourself a faster recovery)

2 - Lean bulkers+cutters only (don't waste time bulking then cutting)

3 - The 3 step process it takes to get shredded diet+sleep/supps+fatburners+gear/weights+cardio

After that maintenance is quite easy once you've reached your goal. I don't diet (I do eat semi clean though, like a burger without the mayo/cheese/bacon), I party (provided I have cardio the next day not weights) oh and I NEVER miss a day EVER... sick, on vacation... if there's any reason I can't lift I do cardio. I'm gonna run 3 short 4 weekers a year probably for the rest of my life for when I need to look in my prime (spring, summer, halloween lol) My fave lean bulk/cut orals BEASTDROL & MHN Injectables test prop/mast prop :p

What do you mean by lean bulkers+cutters only?
