This is from a few months ago. I am about 15lbs heavier now! Planning on schredding up in a couple o months!

Very true I have been doing mad pullups everyday and it's finally paying off. Need that big barn door looking back.

No doubt man!! Mine always responded really well to training but to kick it up a knotch I started training it twice a week. I have a "width" day and "thickness" day. It has worked really well!! U should give it a try!

5'11 190-195ish I actually don't diet or have good genetics though I am naturally athletic and lean haivng played soccer and rugby and track when I was younger... just do INTENSE cardio and eat "semi" clean for instance enjoy a burger without the mayo, bacon and cheese on it... I find maintence very easy but getting there was a b*tch... if you look up my mhn log I used to be a fatty lmao daddy life will do that to you... No off days EVER if I am too hungover or sick to lift I do f*cking cardio...

Whats your cardio regime look like CK?
High intensity? Fasted? etc

Got a couple more months on bulking then I have 3 months to cut down for a Summer trip.

i give everyone credit once again who has posted pics. i've seen a lot of guys on here flame others or claim they are 230 with 4% body fat or some nonsense yet they don't have the balls to put up their own pics. kudos to you who do.
