Just starting my cut on Monday.
Workout days;
400g protein
100g carbs (all in my two meals pre-workout)
12g fats (all from fish oil caps other than trace fats in the foods I'm eating)
2iu's slin post workout (no carbs after workout or the entire next day, which is a cardio only day for me) to slam blood sugar down below 70 so I'm swimming in ketones the next day

Non Workout days (cardio only)
400g protein
0 carbs
50g fats

75mg test prop ED
75mg tren ace ED
50mg winny ED
No clen, T3 or ECA until I feel like I need it.
Goal: Hoping to get to 6%ish in 12 or so weeks.

Lookin good guys... use tinypic or imageshack to upload (IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards)... and I was getting really soft "natty bulking" so I cut it short and cut 5 lbs in a hurry since it is "festival season" over here and we attend shirtless 5'11 190 lbs btw ;)
 
Test e only on 12 week think I should be much bigger diet is no where it should be and nips keep getting sore so been taking letro to control it

Here's me at a little over 240lbs a week or 2 ago...I'm a chubby bastard, I know lol. But I wanted to get all my lost size and a little more back since I took about 2 years off of the game. I'm probably a few lbs heavier than I am in these pics.

My goal is to get in better condition than these pics at around 220lbs for the spring/summer. Then if all goes well, I'll just go on a "cruise" of Test and a good dose of HGH and see how much muscle and conditioning I can maintain while keeping the AAS at a minimum so I can stay healthy. Only do maybe 2 smaller cycles a year...quick tren/var/clen blast or something for springs.


BTW everyone who posted in here has SICK physiques. Really good genetics on here. Plus you can see the diets and the hard time in the gym is paying off. Great work everyone. Hopefully I can lean up easily and get that sexy look like you all got!

Eh...lots and lots of personal shit. I was motivated and had passion. I was going to do a huge bulk and then rip up and compete within a year of those pics. But some problems came my way which forced me to get off of everything and I mean everything. No PCT...so it was a pretty shitty 2 years. Feels great to be back. This is where I belong.

I can try to find some before pics of what I looked like back in November. Basically it's night and day from November to February. I am double the man lol. I think I weighed 205lbs and I was pudgier. Funny thing was people still called me "big guy" and my wife would always tell me how happy she was to have a big strong man. I guess since even though I wasn't in the gym and wasn't on anything, I would always eat a high protein and complex carb diet so maybe that helped me keep some of my size and strength.

Anyways, looking forwards to a prosperous year in bodybuilding! Can't wait to get to the right size, then shed those layers of fat and reveal the real muscle.

I am on nothing right now. I drink some NTBM nightime formula before bed. and I am taking unleashed. I have juice sitting in my closet but I am in no mood to run a cycle right now due to shitty work situation.

its amazing how a stressful 2 weeks with work can shrink you so fast. i wish i could just bodybuild 24/7 and have zero worries.

Thanks my man! Not really sure....my friend who has competed and been around bodybuilders for over 2 decades said I looked like a solid 8%, maybe 7%. Plus still holding lots of water due to a few sodium rich meals, running test e, and using nothing like masteron or winny or any diuretics to dry me out. So he thought I was maybe in the 7's but the water was making me look a bit puffy and not as hard as I should.
I'm telling you, I'm tempted to start my diet right now...but I am being patient and trying to keep putting on the size so that when I do cut, I have something to show. I've only been putting on muscle for a few short months now and I want to be able to keep it and nurture the muscle instead of build up then diet down right away...unfortunately lol. Nothing like being covered in veins and striations and walking through the mall while everyone breaks their necks in a "WTF, is that guy human" look lol.
Funny thing is, at one of the gyms I go to I'm at the bottom of the food chain. I'm a little guy to them. These guys got triceps bigger than my head lol. The other gym I go to I dwarf everyone and have people ask me every 5 minutes what type of creatine they should use or if muscletech is the best supplement or if GNC "test" will make them huge lol.

That's what happened to me. I had to get everything straight in my life. No point in pinning every night and not eating or working out properly. If you're going to do something, do it 100%. Just keep it up bro, it's a race, not a sprint. You know this though :supercool

thanks bro! about 6%... i just did a 6 week helladrol cycle and am just finishing up pct... i put on about 15 lbs. but actually lost about 1% body fat... it's been a great one!

This is last month... Been on test prop/npp/EQ/Beastdrol cycle and will drop the beast, npp and add the tren hex and anavar in in about 4 weeks. I'm 250lbs as of last night... Looking forward to stripping down...

Thanks a lot dude, I need all the motivation and support I can get lol.

It goes as fast as it comes.

But with good solid workouts, lots of food, and a litttttle help from my super supplements I am noticing changes in my physique every few days :-)

I love this lifestyle. its not a sport to me at all, its a lifestyle. I'm going to my first bodybuilding contest April, can't wait.

I have been in PL contests and been a PL judge. but never been to a bodybuilder contest. hope it doesn't dissapoint.

5'11 190-195ish I actually don't diet or have good genetics though I am naturally athletic and lean haivng played soccer and rugby and track when I was younger... just do INTENSE cardio and eat "semi" clean for instance enjoy a burger without the mayo, bacon and cheese on it... I find maintence very easy but getting there was a b*tch... if you look up my mhn log I used to be a fatty lmao daddy life will do that to you... No off days EVER if I am too hungover or sick to lift I do f*cking cardio...

thanks! this summer im going for a six-pack.. ive actually just started training my abs for first time in life ;) kinda wierd since my BF is very low on arms and legs and my stomach is kinda just out there hahah

just pisses me off i cant use roids to help me achieve my cutting weightloss but nvm, ill get there!

No doubt man!! Mine always responded really well to training but to kick it up a knotch I started training it twice a week. I have a "width" day and "thickness" day. It has worked really well!! U should give it a try!

30-45 mins 4 times a week all out I burn 500-1000 cals per session... the eliptical, bike and stair stepper are my best friends :)

if you stay healthy no reason why you won't get there with a lot of hard work.

combine that with your muscle mass and you will be shredded.

I love the stairs ! going up and down 8 flights for 5 times and doing jump squats at the top and some lungs when reaching down and doing v situps or some core workout at the middle man I be dragging my legs all the way up!

takes around 25-30mins including warmup. doing this 4-5 times a week.

God damn that's way too much cardio for me. I could never do that... Damn!


A strict diet will only only you not to store fat... the only way you're gonna burn it is through cardio... yes you may need to sacrifice a lil size and strength but I never cared to impress the guys at the gym only the people outta it ;)

I'd put up a pic but im fat as hell right now. I basically look like my avatar but 225 not 270 like in that pic.
But im also only 3 weeks back in from 17 mos off with tendon issues. Suprisingly put back alot of size so far. Only eating about 2500 cal ED combined with some GHRP-2 right now.
Going to start cutting in a few weeks soon as I can get my muscles used to training enough again so certain things arent overly sore for extended periods fucking up my split plan.
Going to add 250mg test e to retain mass while cutting and doing the dreaded 2 a day cardio 4 days a week for 8-10 weeks.
Then its blast and lean bulk for summer. 17 mos off is an eternity.
My goal is to stay at the 225 i am now but recomp to a look much like CK (no homo)
