They had a wood-burning BBQ set up in front of the supermarket when I went shopping this afternoon. I got a pork BBQ sandwich. It was sliced, not pulled. I usually prefer pulled, but goddamn this was good. Three pretty thick pork loin slices on a bun, full of porkly goodness.
