I ate sooo much unhealthy food today. Sad thing is, all it did was make me want to eat more unhealthy food late this evening. During the day the junk food I've eaten includes:
-2 snack cakes
-a jumbo hot dog at the movie theatre
-several sugar sodas
-one and a half racks of ribs (beans/potatoes/slaw sides)
-a candy bar
-nachos
Good thing I've got the GH and T3 going to protect me from too much damage on cheat days like this!
