wootoom EF MOD Moderator Jul 18, 2007 #1 fuck sakes i just started cardio and i can run but after i can barely fuckin walk the next day. I know a good pair of shoes will help but is there anything to sooth the pain? i guess ice after and thats it. anyone else have these fuckin things.
