OTC in Egypt, Poland, and Baltics

I am traveling to Egypt, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia in the next few months. I am trying to find out if gear is available over the counter. And if so, exactly what is available. I am particularly interested in Poland. I did a search but the posts were dated.

It's illegal in Poland. You have to know someone. Just like the US.

Poland its impossible. I tried 3 pharmacies and they said a big NO so I didnt tried anymore

WHile its imposible to get or hard at pharmacys it is easy as hell to get at your local gym ..it is not however sold OTC but rather UTC( under the counter). The penalties for juice in Poland are as they should be in the states...it is legal to have for personal use....however you need a script to purchse them there so ur not gona go to jail for having a cycle on you...if you know any trustworthy people there just go to the gym and pick some up 99% of members there juice and the remaining 1% will.lol ..i would watch out wtf your buying though as it is real easy to get scamed and people sell alot of fakes...it is best to have peopol eyou know and trus there or shoping isnt too safe.ok peace
