Oops. PRs on accident (dedicated to Revex)

Today was a great day even though i didnt have time to complete all my exercises and despite the fact that i felt like shit from having very little rest.

INCLINE BENCH
bar X 12
55 X 12
65 X 10
70 X 8
75 X 6
80 X....thought i would get maybe 3 here cuz thats what i had last week i wasnt expecting much from myself today considering how i felt. So i hit 2 reps and i was like dammit. But then> unloading the bar after my set, i noticed i had 85 on the bar! not 80! HAHA OOPS..so this is a huge PR (last week i barely got 85 X 1)!!!!!!
65 X 10

CG FLAT BENCH
55 X 12
60 X 12
65 X 10
70 X 8
75 X 7..PR!! hit only 5 reps last week. :)

then i did a few tricep pushdown exercises and had to leave cuz i was pressed for time.

Youre right!~ So much of this is mental. Had i known i had 85 on the bar i would have never tried for 2. LOL

Awesome work!!! So much of it is mental. As your mind gets stronger involving the weights, and you fear the weight less, youll find your strength increase drastically. Sounds like your already doing that. Keep it up!!!!!!!!

Thanks B. No, i work everything but i only post these bench workouts b/c this is where i need to increase my lifts the most AKA this is my weakness. This week my schedule was Tues: Legs; Thursday: Shoulders (I am really liking standing BB OHP); Friday: Back and today: Chest. I usually dont lift 3 days in a row like that but my schedule got screwed up a bit this week.
