"Older" guy looking for advice on unique situation

If you are going that heavy you should follow the advice I have you. Running high test is actually counter productive for your joints. I am 45 and have torn my tendons several times and now I know how to keep the injuries away.
Give it a try, all you have to loose is the pain and the injuries.
If you want I can find the study that shows why high test is bad for cologene and why anavar, primo, eq etc are amazing for it.

Eq is amazing at helping out the joints and like 4T says any supra physical amount of endogenous test Is going
To actually make problems worse. Tb500 works awesome,
Ostarine works awesome
Stack a low dose eq(300 Mgs a week) with like 30 Mgs anavar a day and 150 Mgs/ test per week. Up fish oils to 10g / day for the duration, add
Coconut oil at a tablespoon a day,
Sissus or however it's spelt cissex..?? Is a great over the counter supp for joints too

I like your advice Going on 4T. I'm going on 5T and I am having similar problems as this poster. I am overweight and joints hurt. Havent done a cycle in a few years but last time I did it was 500 Test E/wk and 300 EQ/wk. Didnt lift too heavy but intensity picked way up. Lost a lot of body fat and flattened out my belly. Test always works great as a leaner for me. never fails and it make me feels great as well. I'm looking aroung now for a legit source for the 2 mentioned items above but just getting back in the game and it gonna take time to find a trustworthy source.

I lift regularly at >90% irm and have 10 years on the op and currently dont have any aches and pains BUT I did. Over the years of training I had nagging injuries that wouldnt go away, plateaus in traning and whatnot and every time the solution was in my diet.

I bet anyone suffering major setbacks is likely not getting the following from their food...

zinc (11mg)
magnesium (400mg)
potassium (4700mg)
vit D (>5000)

I have personally found potassium to heavily affect performance. recovery and pain. Over the years people always commented "Oh dont worry about potassium, you get plenty in your diet" and I say bullshit. I challenge everyone to log their diet, even for a day, and check it against the usda database Foods List for macronutrients and I bet most people are falling short on at least potassium.

Stop looking for a magic pill, spend your time and money on a diet that gives you the nutrients you need.
