Thank you very much for compliments, I very much appreciate it, especially coming from the guys on this board. One side of my body resta little lower than the other, as I found out from my chiropractor a while back. I have a slight lean in the pic though as well.
Stats- okay let's see-
I'm about 5'8 about 180lbs in that pic. BF was about 7%.
I followed diet very similar to one set up for me by our friend Swole Cat.
I was on Tren/Winny/Prop/ and rotated ECA/Clen. I was done with the Tren in that pic though. Cardio was done 4 days a week. Weights only 3 days a week with a low volume (which I always do), never really trained my muscles till absolute failure though, kept it 1-2 reps shy. I think it's alot on the body to work every set to failure while dieting and doing cardio. I guess that's about it. I wish you guys could see some of the pics that picked up the vascularity more. I think the Tren really helped bring it out more this summer.
