I appreciate the critique
I know it all too well. For the last year Ive bombed and blasted my back . training it 2 days a week. once with deads(HEAVY, i go over 600 lbs weekly), bent rows, 455+ for sets of 10, T bar rows and 1 arm rows
the second workout is all about pullups, pulldowns, Pullovers, high rows, low rows, seated cable rows...ect... Im tryin baby! Im tryin!! Ill keep
