To do something a little diff here bro consider this.
Grab a dbl your choice of weight. Hold that dbl on the same side that you wanna do for your calve reps. Do these one legged and no stop top or bottom. You do these pretty slow bro.

I also must say that my new Test P is smooth as butter! Love it! Just so everyone knows. In addition to the compounds I am running I am using: N2Guard, Bridge (Double Dosed), Whey tobuild protein, Multi, Fish Oil, N2KTS, and will be adding N2Amp shortly. Just so anyone who is wondering whether or not NTBM produicts work. I would not be taking all of this if it didn't. I am mopst impressed with the N2Guard and the double dose of Bridge. Dayum!!!!

Thanks for that bro! I am working my ass off here. I absolutely have to drop the lower ab and chest fat as that is the last of it. I am working on it for sure! My boy Dylan has my diet all planned now I just have to start it!:evil:

Right now I am sitting just below 12%. I am having calipers again on Saturday. I posted a pic a couple pages back and the bros here were dead on. I mean right at 12%. Due to some family issues I am pushing my show date back to June 11. Dylan has designed me a diet. Radar has my pre comp together so I should come in at 9 or so by the physique comp. Thank God I am doing physique because 9 will place for the national qualifer. They actually take off if you are too shredded in physique. Like Dylan would lose points for being so cut.

Current BF% by the calipers is 11%. In all fairness I have lost some since my last pic was posted so based on those pics I think Steve was correct. Just under 12%. I will be sub 10 in the next couple weeks for sure. I am mainly holding fat on the outsides of chest and lower abdominals. Tweaking diet this week. Taking cardio to the next level and upping Tren dose to 100mgs ED! Fuk BF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, keep checking in on us for sure...this is my 1st day OFF S-4 to try and control the vision sides I am experiencing, unlucky one I.guess...so took my dose of MK-2866 this morning, leaving S-4 til Monday...but will bump it to 60 mg my ON days (M-F). Last night I.could barely see the computer keys on the keyboard...yes that bad! So looking forward to getting my vision back, but sad to have to go to 5/2 due to S-4 is treating me very well also. Thanks for the kind words...you too are in the same caliber brother!
