I feel like absolute dog shit but I looked pretty good this am. LOL Anyway, trainer just informed we are taking the water out so here we go. No more BS. 2hrs cardio a day split twice a day. Sweat belt around waist. Full sweats and hoodie. Preperation H Ointment on chest and sides as well as lower abs. It is either put up or STFU time boys.

Off yesterday and today. Should have got my lazy ass up and did an hour cardio this am but I needed the rest. Yesterday dosages were-Tren A-100mgs, Mast P-100mgs. Todays dosages will be-Test P-100mgs, Tren A-100mgs, Mast P-100mgs, Eq-300 mgs, and if my var shows up today as it is supposed to then I will take that shit too. Lmao!

There are to differnet handle placements on the shoulder press machine bro. One is with hands out wide almost like a brabell shoulder press would be. The front grips narrows the grip and turns the hands in a postion that would resemble a hammer curl. And I can tell you bro they are not easy. Lol So the hands are a quarter turn in from a normal grip if that makes sense. Lol:evil:
 
Gotcha bro. Do you find that its less stress on your shoulders using this grip. With dbls and palms facing my bod its much less shoulder stress.

Definitely less stress on the shoulders. However this loads my front delt like nothing I have ever seen. You know me bro I am not a big machine guy but this forces the form to be perfect and just kills that front delt!

However zed what do you think about dropping the eq completely at this point? I mean maybe i am overloading a bit. I could drop the eq all together? Idk. I have run tren alot. However never at 100 ed. I know my sleep of course is sucking because i pee all night but i am loving the results. Give me some feedback bros!

IMO and I'm no 'expert' but id drop the eq. I think tren sides would lower a little by doin so. Also you'll lose a tiny bit of water retention from it.. Tren will pick up the muscle gain (and more) eq has given.

Thank you bader! I think i am going to try that before lowering my tren dose. I also need to drop water for this show so that makes total sense. If no real change in lethargy i will start backing the tren down.

Add in some mhn 😁. I remember ck said it leaned him out a bunch and he felt great on it. Maybe switch eq for mhn? Only thing is that the eq is probably helping you with wanting to eat cuz I know tren can curb appetite for some.

Woke up this am and have a serious sinus infection bro. Couldn't train this am and have slept til just now. So i may have just been getting legitimately sick. Gonna drop the eq any way and keep running cycle. I will sleep all day take some cold meds and hopefully get back at it in the am.

Make sure you take zinc morning and night. Especially when blasting since immune system is down. I take double dose of zinc for a few days and usually recover very fast.


You can overdose on zinc so be careful and don't do more than 300% DV and drink lots of water with it.

Wad running tren a 100 ed, mast p 100 ed test p 100mgs eod and eq 600 per week. As of yesterday since i am feeling like shit i have dropped eq and am scaling all injections back to eod. Plus i am running 30mgs of var a day.

Hey brother. According to the dr i have a massive sinus infection. Also i personally believe i was running too much gear. Tren affects the immune system so i think the combination of ed tren injections combined with precomp diet and training just got the best of me brothet. I got some antibiotics and a nasal spray so taking those and sleeping still dosing my gear but cut back to eod bro. Very sorry to hear about the injury bro. Get better soon man!
