should you take nolva after a course of steroids even if you are not showing any syptoms of gyno or water retention just to aid pct or is this a bad idea. ive not got any symptoms but are looking at what pct to do just thinking of going for somthing like 6 oxo or tribulas as hcg doesnt sound apealing.

HCG is a must.... and so is nolva.... regardless of gyno symptoms or not!

Do it.

Even some 10 or 20 mg daily can prevent gyno.
After cycle you have lower test levels, but higher estrogen levels, nolva helps reverse this, which is bad, even if you dont have gyno.

HCG will... not exactly easily accesible as is clomid and nolva, depends on how you go about your "ordering."
