Hey Zed. Thanks bro it felt good to be back, I kinda thought the deload of 20% would of been easier than it was , not sure if that's due to a wk of also I stopped the test p last week ,

Hiya Rach, I'm thinking 2 x per week I'm going to check with AAp if that's enough, it is a kills tbh I had to do 15 reps of each then add one each time I do it until I get to 25 of each as tbh it's too freekin hard lmao

Followed by 3x10 hanging knee tucks for abs

Hi Jen, my elbow is nearly 100% thanks for asking ! I got some skeletal balm from needto and it's like magic cream lol it's great stuff

Dropped these after 2 sets as they set my inflammation off quite bad.

Moved abs from here to cardio days 4 times per wk as its getting heavier now....

I had a reeses last night for my vday celebration if that helps. ;) lots of cardio today! How's the gelatine working for you? My joints are killing with this 'cold' weather

I think you would like the protein bars that bbbounce gave a recipe for you liking the whole peanut butter thing, I will find it and post it to you.
 
Everything is measured the same size except the honey which is quarter .
Get a jug of oats, jug of freeze dried fruit bb used strawberries I used raspberry both delicious tho then a jug of vanilla protein powder put them into a mixing bowl to one side then get a jug of natty pnut butter and quater jug of honey warn them together in the microwave . Then mix the honey nd natty pnut into the other bowl now I just used my hands for this as its easier I needed it all together then put a sheet of foil on a flat baking tray poured the contents on to then flattered it all onto a square bout 1inch deep then cut into 12 prices left in the tray though and popped in the fridge for an hour then there done. : ) , courtesy of bad boy bounce! Lol

Haha funny you mention that...I made my egg whites in the shape of hearts this morning and cut a few sweet potatoes too! I tried to be festive. My roommates think im crazy.
