New Anavar cycle workout and diet

Just started on 50 mg Anavar/day. My workout schedule is monday-chest/arms tuesday- back/shoulders wednesday- abs/triceps thursday- off friday-legs. I start with a .5 mile warm up before every session and usually end with a 1 miler. Any advice on a different workout sked or diet to maximize gains would be appreciated.
 
you arent going to see much gain with anavar only. you will get nice vascularity, great pumps and some good cut, but I would add some test if you want any real gains. Also you are going to have some hella bad indigestion. Stay away from pepto and go with some more natty antacids. As far as workout- that depends on your goals, same with diet. But you cannot go wrong with oatmeal, chicken, salmon,brown rice, green veggies, skim milk, and whey protein.
 
also make sure you consume 1.5-2g per pound of bodyweight to see the most, i would add test 350-500mgs per week to see nice slabs of meat, diet/rest is key

Diet over 60 percent of your goals prolly more.

But routine sure...
(keep inmind it will get screwy cause of the odd days in a week and if you miss a day which is bound ot happen...

Work chest and back together (to keep your antagonist and tagonist musscles together)

Work Tris and Bi's together but keep it away from chest and back a day or two (to refrain from over training as back uses a lot of bi's and chest a lot of tri's)

Work Abs and Shoulders Together (small musscle groups)

Work Legs alone (large musscle groups)

Day off Cardio (preserving your kcals for recovery and delivery)

Shorten your warm up too
