Neotest 250 injection site sore?

Two days ago I decided to stop messing around and start a cycle of roids. I decided to start with 1cc of neotest 250 in the shoulder. I had my buddy that is certified in giving shots do the business. I used a 22g x 1" for injection and no pain was caused by the injection. As of today, two days later, the injection site is so sore I can barely lift my arm. No redness, puss or lumpage is visible. Any suggestions?

Keep a warm compound on the area and a heating pad. Massage the area frequently until the compound dissipates in that area. Next time do your shots in your glutes. Also , there is no need to use a 22 gauge needle. Thats unnecessary and IMO to big. Try a 25 gauge 1 1/2 pin. Best of luck to you

Your fine, a lot of people get swollen, sore muscle's when they first inject. Completely normal, just tough it out and you'll be back working shoulders in a week

Good news! Ready for my third shot today in the glute. Massaging, icy hot and heat did miracles on my second shoulder shot. When I awake iin the mornings the pain is much greater than any other time of the day

Heat the gear up first!
After injection massage area several times for the next 20 min.
For most injections I use a 28 ga 1 1/2" needle.
No pain ever!
