dont wait, call her tonight. There's no need to wait. If she wants you, then her answer will be the same today or next week.

call her the next day, and do it from your cell phone in your car. that way you won't get stuck on the phone too long and you'll aviod any awkward pauses. Call her, ask her out, and get the hell off the phone. And when you ask her out, give her the option to meet you somewhere, as opposed to picking her up. it puts less presure on her.

I'd say call her 1-2 days after. Don't wait longer than that. It's just silly. I don't think someone is desperate or anything if they call the next day. It I give someone my number, I want them to call.
