G ghbilder New member Jun 3, 2001 #1 these pictures are from last summer I was 93kg (205lbs), 7%BF 172 cm and 21 years old This year I am planning to have 95 kg (210lbs) with 4%BF. I have done 4 cycles (short one). I am training 6 years, last 2 years serious my max. bench press is 440lbs (200kg) Please comment
