these pictures are from last summer
I was 93kg (205lbs), 7%BF 172 cm and 21 years old

This year I am planning to have 95 kg (210lbs) with 4%BF.
I have done 4 cycles (short one).

I am training 6 years, last 2 years serious
my max. bench press is 440lbs (200kg)

Definately one of the better physiques I have seen on the board aside from retobolil and conan69 those guys are massive. But then again you are cut but it looks like from you pics your legs are lagging a little the don't seem to have the definition or size that your upper body has. Were you posing your legs in these pics or not? Other wise livin' large bro!:D

I have done GH cycle for 6weeks. 4IU 4on, 3off las year.
My last cycle was test propionate (alone) and clomid at the end.

Now I am starting a cutting cycle :
1-12 week 1000mg propionate/week
4-12 week 50mg Winstrol/day
1-12 week 6IU GH 5on,2off
1-12 week Arimidex (1/4 tab day)
and clomid at the end
(i will be using t3, clenbuterol and eca)

I am training twice a day 6 days a week.
At the morning 30 min cardio
At evnings weight training and 30 min cardio before bed

my diet is :
day 1-6 400-500g protein, 0 carbs, 0 fat
day 7 (loading with carbs and eating everything)
 
You've got the best physique I'VE seen on this board, but there's still room for improvement. I see great balance in your body, but your lacking slightly in leg hardness and your calves could be bigger. And if you put a little size on your triceps you'd be hard to beat on stage. It's taken a lot of dedication to get you where you are today, and I think the reason you posted your picture is to have the bros critique it, not just say "great job", so there you go.
 
Incredible physique! You look great, keep on doing what you are doing. BTW I believe that your max bench is what it is, because you look it, unlike some other people.
 
a little more work on your legs and calves man and youll be well on your way to being a contender your young and if you have the dedication man youll be unstopable keep it up bro good luck.:D
 
Zero carbs and Zero Fat? That is a pretty strange diet. I can understand keeping the carbs low, but why the fat? Especially good fats. Hey if it works for you go for it.
 
If you are going to go zero carbs I would highly recommend going to your closest supplement store and purchasing some EFA's. You will lose alot of muscle mass if you dont. Good luck! You look good.
 
how eactly are you getting all the protein with 0 carbs and fat? Are you just eating egg whites and drinking whey? How are you feeling? With carbs that low most people can't remember their name.

I would like to hear a little more. Keep up the good work.

I'm with the other guys, why 0 fat and carbs? How do you train a heavy leg day with only protein in your gut? A little more work in the leg department and you're laughing. I also noticed that your hamstrings are lagging behind your quads, might want to hit them a little harder as well, big hamstrings kill competition.

Other than that, you have done very well and you are obviously VERY dedicated. Congratulations on your success to date, and keep up all the hard work.

Looking Great! I mean it, but as the other guys have mentioned, your legs are 2 steps behind. But I'm sure you can bring them up with some heavy squats and leg press' among other excercises. Keep it up!
 
Hey you look like Milos Sarcev, before he became huge as FUCK!!! I think you look great. Keep up with that crazy diet and let us know your progress.
 
You look great but 1000mg of prop each week, damn.
The strongest prop I've ever heard of is 100mg. That's 10 shots a week with the prop alone plus winstrol everyday. All I can say is ouch.
 
I think you look really good. You have nice hams that are coming out, but if you over develop your quads you could have one of the better physiques I have seen.

If that is really the way you diet, with zero carbs or fats, you might want to try a little experiment. Michael Gundill is a person that I read quite frequently. He earned Dan Duchaine's respect and that's good enough for me. He stated that if you don't take in some fats that your body's free test will not be very high. He advocates a 30% fat for optimal Free Test.

You are obviously staying very lean from your pictures. With your current cycle, give some Fats a little try in your diet. I would suggest some Udo's Flax Seed Oil from your local Health Food store. That and maybe some Epa/Dha fish oils every meal.

You are obviously doing something right. You know what you are doing. Give it a try if you wish with the fats. I don't think you will be dissapointed.
