I was just a bit too sore from the day back day particularly from the chin ups. And shoulders rear delts were a bit sore.
I had to train that morning for my sanity as I know i had potentially 3 days off afterwards

Wanted to give a more true reflection of a comparison. Harder to compare with different weight. If I’m not getting the same reps.

It's a cheap oral and it really does stack well with just about anything.
 
Try and get some extra sleep this week, and I know you're low on fuel.

We can sleep is perfect. You can get in on 1 hour to an hour Nap, really works good.
 
Make sure you give us some Diet updates as well.

Deciding not to train in the morning.
This has started over the weekend and I am hoping that it’s just I was getting a bit sick/run down and not because of the Tren.

I ran some Tren E January this year at 300mg a week and felt fine. Previous to this last cycle was 5 years prior which was a Test P, TrenA, Mast P. It’s hard to remember but I don’t recall any ill effects like getting sick.

Will see how I feel tomorrow. Not going to be fun at 39degrees feeling like this

Being sick and on cold and flu. Threw up in the shower from coughing and coz I been coughing so much , I coughed before and spat blood out. Lovely.
Not putting in Tren A tomorrow. Just gunna skip it until my body fights off this sickness. Tren just amplifying my uncomfortableness
