My new routine. Any help is appreciated

Day 1. Speed Bench
8 sets of 3
Skullcrushers 4X6
Military press 4X6
Barbell curls 3X6

Day 2- ME squat/ DL day
One max effort exercise 8 sets down to a heavy Double
Leg press 4X6
Barbell row 4X6
SLDL- 3X6
Abs

Day 3- GPP

Day 4-ME Bench
Flat bench 8 sets to a heavy double
Close grip bench- 4X5
Good mornings 3X6
Shrugs- 3X6
Preacher curl- 2X6

Day 5- Speed Squat
perform 10 sets of 2 as fast

Barbell row- 4X6
SLDL- 4X5
abs

Day 6- GPP

Day 7- Rest
 
you should vary the rep range in your assistance exercises. everything is in that 6 rep range. try to do 10 reps or 8 or whatever. i change this up all the time. also you probably want to do more abs. ditch the leg press. do pullthroughs or something like that. i don't do flat bench on ME days though i think some do. i would be doing some other movement (floor press, board press, reverse band, dumbbell presses). i would stick GMs on leg days. you're showing gms on ME Bench. u might try sticking in some rear delts instead of some of the curling your doing and always always always work those rotators.
