Spent some time bulking up to a respectable weight for my height...205lbs at 6 ft. Going into powerlifting mode as i don't want to grow out of my recent bought suits and clothing. So, looking to maintain current weight/stature and going for strength.
Lastest bests:
Bench - 365
Dead - 555
Squat - 365
All raw, no wraps, no suits.
From reading alot on here, my elbows flare out in my bench so i'll will work on bringing them in.
My squat sucks balls, been doing some box squats lately working on building that explosive power.
My dead is decent but I want more.
