My FAT LOSS PLAN

ok here the deal first off heres my stats:
6ft 240 14% bf. lifting for 6 years mostly doing football training (play d1 football Fullback)

i just stoped my cycle do to high blood pressure.( rather be safe then sorry im only 23)
i was running 500mg test enth and anadrol @ 50mg for the first 3 weeks. stoped week 5

For the last month or so i have been carb cycling.
150g of carbs on low days and 350 on my high day. 6 days aweek low with my high day on my leg day.

been hard to tell how lean ive been getting do to the bloat from my cycle but even with that i ahve seen some improvements.
now that im off my cycle and starting my pct i really want to get lean. so im goin to lay out my diet and cardio plan.Please keep in this forum want to get alot of input. thanks
ok here we go.
wake up: 5g bcaa then 45 min of cardio on eliptical
meal 1: Whey shake on way home from gym
6 egg whites 1 whole egg.
1 cup of oats
supplements: 1 multi- vit, lipid stable, liv-52, 1 cap of hawethrone berries

meal 2: 8oz of lean ground beef
1 med apple

pre workout: 5g creatine, 5g bcaa, 5g glutimine,30g of whey.
workout then post work shake: 5g creatine, 5g bcaa, 5g glutimine, 50g whey
then 45 min of cardio on eliptical.

meal 3: 2-3 chicken breast
1 cup of oats

meal 4: 2 cans of tuna
1 cup green beans
2 tablespoons of fish oil
supplements: muti-vit, lipid stable, 1 cap hawethrone berries
meal 5: 6 egg whites and 1 whole egg
1 cup green beans
2 tbs fish oil

meal 6: 1.5 scopes of syntha-6 with 5g gluitmine and melatonin

ANY INPUT WOULD BE GREAT THANKS GUYS!

ya wtf is this shit?
 
so that diet plan u outlined is the low carb day im guessing. when u carb up its best to use high gi carbs. im using that with my carb cycling now. seems to be working well.
