MY DNP CYCLE...did i miss anything

It looks like your going to do 400mg per day.

At your size, I would bump to 600 mg per day on day 3 and see how you do, and by day 6 look seriously at 800 mg. You may be too tired, to go beyong 600mg, but I would do at least 600mg per day after 2 days at 400mg.

The dnp slows the production of t3, that is why you supplement, you will be ok without it. It's just another 'help'.
I 'feel' better within 12hrs. Fully recovered can take a week if it was a tough cycle.
If you carb up start 36 hours after the first dose.
I prefer a mix of complex and simple carbs when loading.
Supplemental magnesium is to replace, well, depleted magnesium.
