I dont have any T3 - is that a problem? What am I missing out on? Gains? Comfort? Recovery time?
Also - let say I end my cycle on a Saturday, take 2 tabs that day. How long until I feel "Ok"? Until that lethargic feeling goes away?
Also - any guidline for the carb-up? Start this the next morning after that last cap? Several days after? Any specific types of carbs?
