MY DNP CYCLE...did i miss anything

start next sunday..
DNP...200mg at 7pm, then 200mg every 12
hours until last cap taken the following
sunday at 7pm.

DIET...150g carbs, 350 protein, 50 fat while taking
dnp. 3 day carb deplete 3 days before first
cap taken. 3 day carb up starting 36 hrs after
last cap of dnp taken.

T3... 25mg per day starting on day 3 and continuing
until the carb up begins.

ANTIOX...9grams Vit C, 1000iu of Vit E, 50mcg
of Selenium all per day

OTHERS...1 tablespoon of glycerol 3 x a day
and one extra gallon of water per day.

Currently 210 lbs at 10-12% bodyfat and this
will be my first dnp cycle.

Bump - I want to get feedbackl on this as well.

Started my DNP cycle last night and also want to make sure I am doing this correctly.
 
I would drop the C to 3000-4000mg, add magnesium @ 1500mg a day, the magnesium is a must. Run the T3 3 days past the last dose of dnp.
Everything else looks well planned.
 
That is a well planned cycle, you basically followed Animal's "Feel Good on DNP" article. I did the exact
same thing and got great results, good luck bro.
 
I dont have any T3 - is that a problem? What am I missing out on? Gains? Comfort? Recovery time?

Also - let say I end my cycle on a Saturday, take 2 tabs that day. How long until I feel "Ok"? Until that lethargic feeling goes away?

Also - any guidline for the carb-up? Start this the next morning after that last cap? Several days after? Any specific types of carbs?
 
You guys are geting me interested in DNP. Initially it frightened me. :eek:

I haven't heard any experiences regarding work. For some, the sweating sounds severe. I'm warm all the time and sweat just walking to work, and that's without DNP. I'd like to hear some work experiences and how you dealt with it. And whether anyone thinks it's impossible to work as well.
 
bump for the questions concerning not adding t3, what happens if you don't have it?
