My cutting diet...please take a look...

First Meal:
1 cup of oatmeal
1 banana
3 eggs

Second meal:
can of tuna
2 pieces of bread

Third meal:
can of tuna
3 pieces of bread

PW:
1 bottle of Everfresh (Kind of like kool-aid.) 60g carbs
2 scoops of 100% whey

Fourth meal:
3 eggs

Fifth meal:
cup of shredded wheat
1 cup of milk


Averages around 2500 calories
40/40/20
I am 250 pounds.

WHERE'S THE CARDIO AND SCHEDULE FOR OFF DAYS FROM TRAINING?

THIS IS NOT A MEAL. I DROP MORE FOOD ON THE FLOOR THAN THIS WHILE PREPARING DINNER. THIS IS YOUR 2ND PWO MEAL, IT SHOULD BE A LOT BIGGER, AND HAVE LEAN PROTEIN AND CLEAN CARBS.

Fifth meal:
cup of shredded wheat
1 cup of milk

THIS IS NOT A MEAL, IT'S WHAT KIDS EAT ON SATURDAY MORNING WATCHING CARTOONS. TRY A SLOW DIGESTING SHAKE (CASEIN) OR ISOLATE W/A HEALTHY FAT TO SLOW DIGESTION OVERNIGHT. CEREAL AND MILK WILL PUT SOME FAT ON YA BEFORE BED, THAT'S HORRID BRO, AS ARE MANY OF THE OTHER MEALS.


Averages around 2500 calories
40/40/20
I am 250 pounds.

Just some critique for you, take it or leave it.

The cardio and training split is a whole different aspect...please, if you have time, replace the current meals with what I have with something you feel more sutable.

Second meal:
can of tuna
3 long celery sticks
6oz beef

Third meal:
2 chicken breats
Mushrooms

PW:
1 bottle of Everfresh (Kind of like kool-aid.) 60g carbs <---closest to dextrose that I have.
2 scoops of 100% whey

Fourth meal:
6 oz of beef
large salad
some cheese

Fifth meal:
2 scoops of whey
1 cup of milk


I am working with what I have. Let me know what you think.

NO DAIRY - WHEY IN H20, ADD A TB OF FLAX OR ALL NATTY PEANUT BUTTER

I can tell you've never cut before, so I'm going to give it to you "cut n dry".....in caps above.
 
Yeah obviously :) About how many calories do you estimate that to be? Thank you so much for taking the time to go over my diet.
 
Just a couple things...keeping the oatmeal?
Also, when you say no need for tuna and beef...but to keep the tuna...which one do you want? :)

I think he meant what he said...No need for them both just keep the tuna. EZ. throw out the beef at that meal...
