Starting my LOG thread now to get a jump start, but not starting my cycle quite yet.

Here is some info about me:
40 yrs old
Fluctuate between 123-133 pounds depending on season, hoodies vs bikinis, currently bringing myself back down to the lower end, sitting at 126 now.
5'6"
Started training 3 years ago with zero gym experience, train 4 days per week, with little to no cardio. If I do, it is 10 mins stair stepper post training.
Consistently sleep between 7-9 hours per night.
Only supplement I take is whey protein, and will add liver support before cycle, also sober 3 years. Please recommend any additional supps I may need.
Will start tracking diet, expect to start around 1600 calories. 160C/121P/53F I will see what the scale does with me there, I haven't tracked calories and weighed food in about a year, just been prioritizing protein. Not sure what maintenance is for me anymore, expect I will need to increase calories. Does this look ok?
Will post updated photos right before start of cycle.

Have training log typed out in my notes and it is almost ready to post, honestly, I just use one of those Instagram fitness influencers apps and would be open to suggestions.

Did I miss anything?

make sure you post up pictures, blur out face if you want to stay anonymous. this way you have a reference to see what you want to improve on

also make sure you post up food pics of your meals. A LOT of both females and males struggle in america with nutrition because they are under the false impression that only unhealthy food tastes good and nothing could be further from the truth. so if you can demonstrate that you can make some delicious meals that would be awesome

@NurseLulu13 thank you for starting the LOG. We really appreciate it.

I read your other thread: https://www.elitefitness.com/forum/threads/first-time-anavar-female.1511529/, where you mention you don't track macros. I would suggest at least tracking them for the cycle.

Diet, You need higher protein and fat, add a protein bar and add omega 3 fats think walnuts etc
Training, will be waiting for your log update here. I dont use apps I just keep training private in notes.
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

On pics
please do pre cycle pics now, face blurred
and please share meal pictures as you eat them, same for training
also please share anavar pics when arrives, on forums gear touchdowns are huge :)

I suggest n2guard 7caps ed split into 3/4 doses (https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/store/N2-GUARD-p75.html)
add higher vitamin D, vitamin C, NAC extra daily with some zinc

you sleep fine or issues sleeping? I dont know if you're a nurse thats why I ask maybe issue with sleeping times.

Thursday: (shoulder, chest, tris)
BB strict shoulder press 4 x 5 50lbs
Superset 3 x 8:
-Cable rope overhead tri ext 20lbs
-Cable rope tri push down 20lbs
Alt neutral grip front raise 3 x 10 15lb DBs
DB chest press 3 x 8 25lb DBs
DB lateral raise dropset:
6 x 15lbs DBs
8 x 12.5 DBs
10 x 10lb DBs

Saturday: (quads, calves)
Smith M hack squat 3 x 5 90lbs
Smith M alt reverse lunge 3 x 8 70lbs
Leg press 4 x 6 140lbs
Superset x 3:
12 rep DB walking lunges
8 DB calf raises

Sunday: (back, biceps)
BB row 4 x 6 60lbs
Superset 3 x 8:
Straight bar straight arm cable pulldown 30lbs
Straight bar cable bicep curl 25lbs
Hammer to wide bicep curl 3 x 8 15lb DBs
Single arm bentover row 3 x 6each side 30lb DBs
 
don't forget to get some pictures up
this way we can compare what you look like today versus what you look like three or four months from now

not bad, do you plan on changing that up?
As far as adding additional training days, it won’t be consistent, I may get an early out workday here and there and I will get to the gym to get a 5th session in. I work Mon, Wed, Fri - start work at 5am and not home until 730-8pm, so not much time those days.

We have reps from naps here so we can help you if issues.

Should I post pics in this thread or should I start a new thread for “touchdown pics”. I am open to supplement suggestions. I just started taking fish oil and will take a n2guard when it arrives. I was talking creatine daily, but want to take a break on it while I do this cycle. What other supplements do you suggest?
 
protein bars are very easy to make all you need is raw honey some raw nuts and maybe some granola or oats

These are smaller than I thought they would be. I wanted to start 2.5 twice daily, will just have to get these as close as possible to a quarter. I have a splitter.
@NurseLulu13 post up some pics of the actual tabs
but you get a pill cutter and split it, as close as you can

Training this week is the same as last week, I have brought in small weight to work that I will use to do a little ab session on my lunch break that is extra from last week. Struggled yesterday with lifting same amount of weight on glute/hammys. This is week 3 of being in a deficit, so it makes sense.

Started 2.5 this morning.
Will be taking dose at 0630 and 1830 daily.
I do want to increase this dose and also decrease this dose. I might not get as much out of this cycle because of that but it is what it is. Here is what I’m thinking if everything is feeling good:

Week 1: 29th - 3th - 2.5 am & 2.5 pm
Week 2: 4th - 10th - 5 am & 5 pm
Week 3: 11th - 17th - 5 am & 5 pm
Week 4: 18th - 24th - 5 am & 5 pm
Week 5: 25th - 1st - 5 am & 5 pm
Week 6: 2nd - 8th - 5 am & 5 pm
Week 7: 9th - 15th - 2.5 am & 2.5 pm
Week 8: 16th - 22nd - 2.5 am & 2.5 pm tapering down to 2.5 am only the last few days.

Diet is clean, still eating in a deficit, I wanted to do this cycle because I wanted to cut, but also gain muscle. This morning 124.7lbs.

Taking Alaskan fish oil and Nac.

Looking great!!! Back has good development. Food looks good too. You don't have to taper it down. Just make sure you are good on 5mg/day then raise to 10mg/day and stay there until you wanna come off.

you started anavar but 10mgs is TOO high, seriously, 5mgs is max to start for 4 weeks
did you get organ liver support n2guard?

on the training you're doing whole week I see
but why such low reps? we need to see sets with 20 reps added for higher intensity

how about cardio what you doing?

also diet whats the update on that? please share :)

I am doing BB hip thrusts on Tuesdays.

I am open to a different training program. I can also do more reps with less weight if that would be better. Please advise. I’m not doing any cardio.

Are you using a pill cutter? They have a nice one on Amazon that has a dual blade system so it has a clean cut. Has a blade on both sides. I use it for myself and for my wifes anavar. Works really well.
