my 2month attempt

i started a cutting diet in may but really didnt stay on it as religiously as i wanted because of being home and not cooking for myself. so end of may -june was a relative diet but still clean by normal standards. then in june i started summer school and tried a month of creatine but didnt notice much and dont think the pics show much change either... in june i was lifting 3x a week and cardio 2x on top of riding my bike to class 4 times a day and in july i got even more strict with the diet and cut the cardio out due to lack of motivation :)


so heres the diff in 2 months :( i dont notice anything in the backshots but i do notice them in the front but it wasnt as much as i wanted but still in the best shape ive ever been in...

est bf ? no clue what do you guys think... i have a scale i stand on that likes to estimate it and says around 12-14 most the time... i think its a pretty good ruff estimate..

overall im pretty pleased as this is the most abs ive ever had.. i think the fact that before i never really trained abs for more then a month has helped alot. goals for this up coming school year... 10lbs lbs by xmas and hopefully 20lbs by this time next year and in the 14-15%bf range

:( well there is and isnt. i lost some fat in my stomach but and have a more defined upper abs but still not as much as id like. i wish i had some photos of when i was bulking. ive been lifting for about 11 months now so still working on it all. but i just wanted some photos up so in 6months ill have somthing to reference off of

ha thats what im assumign the i dont see anything meant. ha i just assumed u didnt notice a change. lemme fix that :)
 
i see a little more thickness and little bit less body fat. keep at it. how are you currently eating? were you expecting much muscle gain while in a deficit?
 
it was more of a experiment with my body. like i said this is my 1st year of really hitting the gym hard. i was like 120-130lb as a senior in hs so 5 years later im starting to put on the weight alot of people already have.

and as far as muscle gain... i wasnt really sure where it would take me. this is all new for me but i figure i might as well take a crash course and see how 2 months of eating a certain way would effect me and find out what works.

im just looking forward to eating everything in sight to get heavier

i mean dude he looks better, decent increase in definition, not everyone wants to be a mass monster. i get annoyed when people hate on ecto's trying to get shredded. methinks they are jealous. he didn't lose any size from what i can tell. now he can focus on building lean mass and still look good feel good. good work bro.
 
oh yeah ill defin. be eatin pretty clean.. im pretty easy to please when it comes to food.. i just enjoy whole wheat bread and PB&J way to much. and rice and noodles... so ill have a decently strict bulking diet
 
im by no means jelous. Dude needs to bulk. I mean where is his chest? If your 5'8 or better under 15% bf and less than 200 lbs. You need to bulk.
 
i hear ya man. chest has been a constant fight to even get any definition at all. im hoping with 20 more lbs it will fill it in more. i dont wanna weigh more the 190 so the whole 200-225 concept isnt even in my mind. but i agree i need at put on more weight for sure
